Asiago Cheese with Roasted Red Pepper, Olives and Basil
INGREDIENTS
- 4 ounces Asiago cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped roasted red peppers, drained
- 1/3 cup assorted marinated olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 tablespoon slivered fresh basil
- 20 Carr's® Table Water® Crackers Baked with Roasted Garlic & Herbs
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut cheese into 20 wedges to fit on crackers. In small bowl stir together peppers, olives and basil. Top each cracker with one cheese wedge and some of olive mixture. Serve immediately.
