Fabulous Feta and Artichoke Spread
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened*
- 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Carr's® Table Water® Crackers Baked with Roasted Garlic & Herbs
DIRECTIONS
1. In small bowl stir together feta cheese and cream cheese. Stir in artichoke hearts, bell pepper and dill. Serve with crackers. Garnish as desired.
*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
