- 1 cup finely chopped, peeled mango
- 1/2 cup finely chopped, peeled kiwi fruit
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/3 finely chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped serrano chile pepper
- 1 to 2 teaspoons lime juice
- Carr's® Poppy & Sesame Crackers
1. In medium bowl stir together mango, kiwi fruit, red pepper, onion, cilantro, chile pepper and lime juice. Let stand for 1 hour.
2. Drain fruit mixture. Garnish as desired. Serve with crackers.
