Roasted Red Bell Pepper and Basil Mousse
INGREDIENTS
- 2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese, cut up
- 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Carr's® Table Water® Crackers
DIRECTIONS
1. In food processor bowl combine cream cheese, peppers, basil and garlic. Cover and process until smooth.
2. Pipe or spread mixture onto crackers. Garnish as desired.
