Seafood Savouries
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups frozen cooked crabmeat, thawed, or one package (8 oz.) imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 4 asparagus spears, steamed, cut diagonally into 3/8-inch pieces
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Carr's® Table Water® Crackers
DIRECTIONS
1. In medium bowl toss together crabmeat, asparagus, mayonnaise, chili sauce and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Serve on crackers. Garnish as desired.
