INGREDIENTS
- 12 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese balls, drained
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup prepared basil pesto
- 24 Carr's® Table Water® Crackers Baked with Roasted Garlic & Herbs
- 24 thin slices plum tomatoes
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced or chopped red onion
DIRECTIONS
1. Carefully cut cheese balls into slices. Drizzle vinegar over cheese. Let stand for 10 minutes.
2. Spread pesto on crackers. Top with cheese, tomato and onion. Garnish as desired.
